This has enabled her to master a flawless command of the English language. Currently, she is in charge of writing H.E the President’s speeches. She provides written material for a wide range of audiences. It is a fast-paced role which requires her to deliver memorable, impactful and oratorical speeches of varying purposes and complexity. 

Possesses over 36 years of working experience as Head of Department in different ministries such as, Ministry of Defense, Labour, Education, Justice and Constitutional Affairs and State House.  He has worked in the management and coordination of VVP Programs and processes in Uganda and various countries abroad. 

He is also a practicing Financial Analyst, Lawyer, Consultant, dairy farmer and Leadership Manager of the Gospel.

Possesses over 25 years of experience working with both Government and non-Governmental Organizations.

Worked with World Bank/IFAD, Uganda Investment Authority (UIA) and Uganda Revenue Authority (URA).

Hellen Judith Icumar brings in a corporate experience of over 20 years having worked with International Organizations like: Austrian Embassy, DANIDA and USA Cooperative League. She is a certified business coach with Gravitas Impact Premier Coaches based in the USA and also a certified Straight Forward Financial Growth Coach. Judith is an Educationist, a Communications Expert, a published author and editor. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree and an MA in Journalism and Communication from Makerere University, Kampala.

Professor Dr. Muhammed Ngoma is a Professor of Business Administration and Management. Professor Ngoma is the Vice Chancellor of Kampala International University (KIU). He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Uganda Security Printing Company (USPC), a company mandated to provide security printing technology to all Government MDAs,
