Mr. Joachim Buwembo
Has over 30 years of media work having worked as an Editor of National Newspapers including the weekly/ daily topic, the Sunday vision and also the founding Editor of the Citizen of Tanzania. Mr. Buwembo was also the Uganda Chief of the East African.
He also does online mentorship of journalists on all continents. He is a knight International Fellow for the development journalism who initiated and popularized Agriculture in the media in Tanzania (Kilimo Kwanza meaning farming first).

Uganda Gazette Digitized to Increase Accessibility, Affordability
The Uganda Printing and Publishing Corporation (UPPC) is making changes in the distribution, affordability, and accessibility of the Uganda Gazette through the introduction of the digital edition, named the E-Gazette.
For the past 120 years, the Uganda Gazette, an official legal document and official government newspaper of record, has been in hard copy. Yet, with the increasing favor for digital platforms among the public, the Gazette is now making the transition.
