UPPC Print School Opens Applications for August 2026 Intake
The Uganda Printing and Publishing Corporation (UPPC) has officially opened applications for the August 2026 intake at the UPPC Print School, offering a range of industry-focused program aimed at equipping learners with practical skills for Uganda’s evolving printing, publishing and digital economy.
The new intake comes at a time when employers are increasingly seeking professionals with technical and digital competencies. Through its blend of hands-on training and industry-oriented instruction, the Print School continues to prepare learners for employment, entrepreneurship and career progression across both traditional and emerging sectors.
The August 2026 intake includes short professional courses in Web design, Data analysis, Cyber security, Digital printing, Graphic design, Desktop publishing, Artificial intelligence, Computer repair and maintenance, Computer literacy and application, Offset machine printing, Post-press techniques and Print costing and estimation. UPPC will also offer a three-month Fashion and design program and a six-month apprenticeship program, providing opportunities for learners seeking more specialized and practical training.
